Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 March 2026 Company: Route6, Croatia

1. Acceptance

By creating a Route6 account or using Route6 services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Route6 provides network infrastructure services including WireGuard tunnel provisioning, IPv6 address allocation, DNS hostname management, and related API services.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Route6 services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. One-time credit packs are billed immediately. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route6 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
